Next Employee Management System, is a software I engineered in High School for a real client. The program, allows users to add, edit, delete employees from a database and a locally serialized file, as well as allowing the generation of Shift Schedules based on user paremeters. The user can also generate payslips in the PDF format, and adjust tax.
