Adding support for BCL Convert v4.2.7 outputs from ICA v2.
A few of the columns in the old output files have changed from v3.7.5. New supported outputs are:
Adapter_Cycle_Metrics.csvDemultiplex_Tile_Stats.csvQuality_Metrics.csvQuality_Tile_Metrics.csvNeed to also check for differences between the two versions at some point (tracked with #123).
