I created this PR to address this rule:

"Add docstrings to all functions and file headers."

Description

This PR addresses the issue of missing docstrings in the "sweep.yaml" file. The original rule in the "sweep.yaml" file was replaced with a rule for jsdoc, but it did not include the required docstrings for functions and file headers. This PR modifies the "sweep.yaml" file to add docstrings to all functions and file headers, following the specified format.

Summary of Changes

  • Modified the "sweep.yaml" file to add docstrings to the list of rules.
  • Updated the rule for jsdoc to specify that docstrings should be added to all functions and file headers.
  • Provided concise yet descriptive descriptions for each function and file header.

Please review and merge this PR to ensure compliance with the original rule and improve the documentation in the "sweep.yaml" file.
