📚 Summary

User facing changes to grant finder include:

• the profile feature flags are all being turned on, so users will see the updated dropdown menu in the upper left of the site, new profile page, and terminology changes (i.e. "agency" > "team") throughout the site.

There are no user-facing changes to ARPA in this release:
