This project involves the creation of an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard using Power BI, aimed at enhancing staff performance, increasing employee retention, and lowering attrition rates within an organization.
- Cleaned irrelevant data using Power Query (removing duplicates, renaming columns, changing data types).
- Processed and loaded cleaned data into Power BI.
- Created measures and columns using DAX functions for data visualization.
- Analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee count, attrition figures, attrition rate, average age, average salary, and average tenure at the company.
- Identified insights regarding attrition rates across departments, age groups, tenure, salary ranges, job roles, and gender.
- Enabled HR managers to take proactive measures based on insights to retain top talent and manage attrition effectively.
