This PR updates the GPU compute capability value for G5 type machines from 7.5 to 8.6 on the AWS GPU Instances reference page in the Vantage Handbook. The compute capability value for G5 instances on the instances.vantage.sh detail page is 8.6, while in the Handbook this value remains the outdated 7.5.
Additionally, this bug was reported in issue #724 and the detail page was updated. I am making this change to ensure consistency in the Handbook.
This PR aims to correct incorrect information in the Handbook.
