Summary
Adds notes to specific enroute positions to suggest they publish an ATIS Zulu (Tower closed ATIS message) for particular aerodromes when choosing not to extend top down to those locations. This allows pilots to clearly understand the airspace reclassification and plan accordingly. The More ATIS plugin has pre-formatted Zulu messages for these locations.
