This milestone will be reached when:

• Vertica theme will be created (logo customisation + colours and design): an example can be found here: https://labs.quansight.org/blog/2020/12/jupyterlab-winter-theme/
• The welcome page is enriched with 3 buttons: vsql - admintools - vertica (start/stop)
• A quick start notebook with all the basic instructions
• giving some easy to retain name to the commands
