First alpha release

This is a portable release for Windows 10/11
just decompress and execute it.
it has a settings.db (sites database) and a settings.ini file which for instance it is set to a system wide hotkey win+F12 in order to show/hide the chatbot site.

As mentioned, this is an alpha release, it contains many bugs 😅 but hopefully still functional.
