Add multi table updates in the 2pc fuzzer testing

Description

This PR adds multi-table updates to the two pc fuzzer testing we have. This ensures we process multi-table DMLs correctly in our atomic transactions implementation. We didn't expect that there would be anything special about them to begin with, but it is always nice to have the assertions backed by actual tests.
