Use pyalpm.vercmp instead of rolling our own for VCS packages
Semantically more correct, though TBH for VCS packages there is no good
substitute to querying
pkgver()
by runningmakepkg
.aur-update: Allow IGNORE to match globs
Especially useful for eg ignoring *-debug packages
