ぼすきーモデレーター陣からノート詳細画面からリノートの解除ができないのが微妙に不便だという声があったため。

MkNoteHeader.vueが今後のマージで盛大にコンフリクトしそうな気はします（あまり頻繁に更新されるファイルではないとはいえ）
