Liquid doesn't have support for non-city/county/state/federal legislatures yet. Legislatures are currently unique to city/county/state and don't map to geographic boundaries (like electoral offices). #4 needs to happen so that there can be multiple legislatures for the same city/county/state, along with support for geographically defined legislatures (that span multiple cities/counties). |
