Utilise wine-discord-ipc-bridge to fix VRCX Discord Rich Presence not working on Linux. This should work regardless if the game log is on or off now as we are also checking if VRChat.exe is running under Proton using the
vrcxscript.I have also made it so that the game running check runs every 3 seconds instead of relying on
OnProcessStateChangedwhich could possibly solve #978
