VUFIND-1341 Remove deprecated methods (#49)

- BrowseItem.setIds, BrowseItem.getIds (replaced by BrowseItem.getExtras/BrowseItem.setExtras)
- BibDB.matchingIDs (superseded by with BibDB.matchingExtras)
