someflags dataset

this is a release of the someflags dataset used as a layout example

someflags is a subset of the https://github.com/googlei18n/region-flags
png dataset. The flags included are those that are rectangular (eg: not
the US Ohio flag) and with an aspect ratio between 1.4 and 2.0. These
flags are then warped into a 1.75 aspect ratio.
