Finish off the conditional checking and the rebuild of UnicornCall.BR There are still things that are not implemented :

• Outputseq and outputgroup in the tasklist : should be easy to add with a group number in the Response
• The param tag inside the exec tag, much more trickier to implement

The build of UnicornCall is finished, we just have to mix it with John's work to deal with the conditional checking.

We're beginning the tests and debugging... that's gonna take ages in my guess

We had some problem with the observationresponse.jar and the InitialiazerErrorBR We had problem with the Malformed /xxxx , it's due to the unicorn properties, under windows you got to add double / in the address
