도커나이징 처리를 하여 도커 이미지로 배포할 수 있도록 했습니다.
GitHub Packages를 통해 서버에서 도커 이미지를 당겨올 수 있도록 하였습니다.

TODO: infra 레포지토리와 연동하여 서버에 배포될 수 있도록 합니다.
