Ecobee Plugin v1.2

Fixes and enhancements:

• Point to official api.ecobee.com endpoints (#11)
• Repoint external icon references to http://watou.github.io/vera-ecobee/icons/*.png (#12)
• Map home/away buttons to set hold for named climates for non-EMS thermostats (#13)
• Add temperature, humidity and/or motion devices for remote sensors (#14)
• Change min poll frequency to 3 minutes per API docs (#16)
