Tested to fix PSMD and Yoshi's Island on HLE DSP, should also fix Pokemon XY/ORAS/GTI, Dr. Mario, Star Fox 64, and hopefully a lot more.
I aged like 30 years debugging this please over the course of 2 weeks, I will now be going into hibernation.
