Purpose
Fixed the following issue: wso2/product-is#19584
In addition to the above fix, unified the documentation for account configurations across all products. This update will make the content more maintainable due to its centralized location.
Renamed account management to account configurations in all products/versions for consistency.
Additionally, fixed the SCIM API documentation for the /next folder as they were incorrectly placed leading to broken links.
