Some useful tools for working with TIFF files. Generally you'll need Python3, numPy, and PIL. Mostly written in Python 3.8 -- compatibility with other versions not guaranteed.

•bitCut.py -- Converts TIFF files saved as 12-bit MSB to 8-bit MSB
•BGCompressor.py -- Takes uncompressed TIF files for a given directory and applies lossless compression of several different varieties
•Previewer.py -- Takes a series of images and converts it into a .m4a file to be able to view time series as movie. Used must handle file structure of output.
