What was done

Added patch of @usecapsule/react-native-wallet to include hasAccount function provided
Fixed an error where during createAndAssignCapsuleWallet, the getPasswordSaga would throw an error and fail wallet initialization


          fix: capsule (hotfix) + password (saga)
