控制indicator位置(指示器)

MyBannerView继承FrameLayout

在MyBannerView内部添加一个空的LinearLayout,设置对应属性即可控制所在位置,如果不添加LinearLayout则默认添加一个底部居中的LinearLayout指示器视图。如果布局中有多个LinearLayout,则取最后一个LinearLayout当做指示器视图
