The
--coverage
parameter is currently converted to a string when run on Seqera Cloud, which causes an error on line 22 of the main.nf script when determining if--coverage
is below the minimum value of 30. This patch fixes this by converting$params.coverage
to an integer on line 22 in main.nf and by changing the default type for--coverage
to an integer in nextflow_schema.json.
