Getting Started
Things you need to craft your first Flesh Block:
- 5x raw meat (food)
- 1x bone meal
- 1x rotten flesh (optional, increases chance to spawn a Flesh Blob)
- 1-2 healing potions (potency matters)
Click an empty cauldron with raw meat and fill it up. Add the bone meal and as the last step add the healing potion.
Either a Flesh Blob spawns that you kill for the Flesh Block or a flesh block was formed in the cauldron which is retrieved by right clicking the cauldron.
When an adult Animal is killed by a player it has an 10% chance to drop its stomach. Flesh Blobs have a greater chance to drop a stomach.
Later on a stomach can also be crafted from combining chunks of skin.
Next you have to craft a Digester. The Digester takes in Biomass and produces fluid Nutrient Slurry which is a Biofuel that is used to power the Chewer and Decomposer.
To get solid fuel you can attach a Gland to the digester to produce Nutrient Paste.
Note: If you have a mod installed that has fluid pipes you can use them to transfer fluids between the machines.
You can utilize the Chewer to produce Crushed Biomass for a more efficient way to produce Nutrient Slurry with the Digester.
Note: You can attach a Digester to a Chewer to create a compact nutrient slurry factory. Since the digester will pull crushed biomass from the Chewer and eject any produced nutrient slurry back, thus fueling the Chewer.
