Help Desk version 1.2.03

This version of the Help Desk contains a fix to only display pending issue a Technician is working on and changes to the permissions in Issues View. Please let us know about any other bugs you encounter.

Help Desk version 1.2.01

Help Desk version 1.2.00

This version of the Help Desk brings the module up to date with the latest Gibbon standards, including OOification. For the most part the front end should be unchanged, except for some small upgrades, however the back end has been almost completely redone with many bug fixes. Be aware that this version of the module does require Gibbon version 21 to work.

Note that although this version has been tested, there may still be bugs or discrepancies due to the nature of changes, please let us know of any bugs you may encounter and we will work to fix them as soon as possible.
