This version of the Help Desk removes the privacy setting for issues. This was done as the feature was over complicated and of minimal use. This update also includes some filter and sorting bug fixes.

Note: All issue will retroactively and from now on have the "Related" privacy setting. i.e. only the assigned Technician, the issue owner and any technicians will full access, may view the issue.

1.3.00

This version of the Help Desk introduces the capability of adding departments, and department specific categories, to the module. This can be enabled/disabled from the module settings under "Simple Categories", and departments and their categories can then be configured as an admin from the sidebar. Some bugs involving permissions from the previous version have also been fixed

Backwards compatibility has been taken into consideration so there should be minimal difficulties upgrading from using the older simple categories.

Be aware that this version of the module does require Gibbon version 21 to work.

Note that although this version has been tested, there may still be bugs or discrepancies due to the nature of changes, please let us know of any bugs you may encounter and we will work to fix them as soon as possible.

Help Desk version 1.2.05

This version of the Help Desk fixes two small bugs, one which would display Technicians that are no longer active in school and the other which would improperly display issue discussions. Please let us know if you experience any other bugs.
