MUFFIN 1.0.2 Using nextflow 20.07+
update:

  • syntax of DSL2 in the whole pipeline
  • version of Flye to 2.8 (sourmash genome size not required anymore)
  • version of metawrap to 2.3
  • increased error strategy to 5 retry

Fix:

  • metawrap installation through conda
  • version control of nextflow
