  1. Steak Frites (Completed)
  • Saute: Cook fries, ladle bearnaise into ramekin
  • Grill/Oven: Cook steak
  • Head chef: Add parsley, truffle oil, salt to fries
  • 4th station: Takes over fries from saute
  1. French onion soup (In progress)
  • Saute: Ladle soup into bowl
  • Grill/Oven: Add slice of bread and shredded cheese to bowl
  • Head chef: Torch bowl until done
  • 4th station: Takes over grill/oven responsibilities
  1. Roast chicken with sauteed asparagus (R&D)
  • Saute: Cook asparagus on stove with white wine and olive oil, pour bearnaise over it
  • Grill/Oven: Put chicken in pan with stock then bake in oven
  • Head chef: Garnish chicken with parsley
  • 4th station: None
  1. Crab cakes (R&D)
  • Saute: Deep fry 2 crab cakes. Pour bearnaise over cooked crab cakes.
  • Grill/oven: None
  • Head chef: Garnish finished dish with parsley
  • 4th station: Takes over frying of crab cakes.
  1. Table bread (R&D) (4-player only)
  • Saute: None
  • Grill/oven: None
  • Head chef: none
  • 4th station: warm some bread in toaster oven then add to plate with side of olive oil in ramekin.

  1. Cafe kitchen (Easy) (3-player)
  • Beginner/Tutorial: French onion soup
  • Appetizers: French onion soup, crab cakes, table bread
  1. Restaurant kitchen (Intermediate) (3-player) (R&D)
  • Main dishes: Steak frites and roasted chicken
  • 2-course service: All dishes besides table bread
  1. Fine dining kitchen (Advanced) (4-player) (R&D)
  • Limited menu: roasted chicken, french onion soup, table bread
  • 2-course service: All dishes besides table bread
  • 3-course service: All dishes
