Open LORIS

LORIS is an open-source software that can be freely downloaded and installed anywhere under GPL license for hosting datasets.
LORIS is also used by many consortia to host and share datasets.
Open datasets available through LORIS projects:
- BigBrain high-resolution brain images, in collaboration with Juelich Forschungszentrum
- MNI Open iEEG Atlas of healthy-tissue intracranial signal
Older / prior projects:
- ABIDE : Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange
- ADNI (Access request required)
- OMEGA v1.0 (Access request required)
Upcoming:
- At McGill University, several Open Science initiatives are under development using LORIS infrastructure, including at the Montreal Neurological Institute. For more information, see Das 2017
