Backdrop CMS project template for Platform.sh

How to update the Platform.sh Backdrop CMS template to the latest core version.

1. Create a new issue at https://github.com/platformsh/template-builder/issues/new
2. If you have not done so already, fork the platform template at https://github.com/platformsh/template-builder
3. Create a new branch on your fork for the new issue created in step 1
