Compatibility with Ven's revamp

The wonderful mod (http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/83696-122-stock-part-revamp-update-196-released-source-files/) moves the models for the stock batteries, and by calling my cfg after his mod, the RealBatteries now should show up again.

And now it's possible to remove the CoreHeatModule from the cfg at all, if s1 doesn't want to have any heat related features (like i do after having some hard time with stock heat mechanism)

Have PUN!

This release is built for 1.3 and enables customization of the ThermalLosses property. In short, it is a percentage of the batteries current power that is converted to heat. Example: If a RealBattery discharges at 50 EC/s and ThermalLosses is 0.1, then it produces 5kW of heat.

Moved the LowEClevel and HighEClevel from hardcoded to cfg file.

Some fine tuning

I edited the cfg file to prevent the battery of cooling down to much when in space. In addition, i incresed the available battery power in those low temperature ranges, so it never goes below 50% now.

And built against KSP 1.2.2
