Bonus Krishna on Zernike

Idea is to add a new function to astrohack to fit zernike polynomials to holog results.

How astrohack handles flagged data?

It applies the flags when averaging the baselines.

Why are aperture amplitudes different AIPS and Astrohack?

Probably related to the normalization of the beams before FFT. Pedro will check the values of the AIPS beam images.
