Purge serialized wasm from filesystem cache if deserialization fails

If the serialized wasm that is written to a file is corrupted, the cache get will error every time when attempting to deserialize the module.

Instead it should first purge the item from the cache, then error, so that on subsequent gets it is re-added to the cache.
