'Win Probability Range' is a filtering feature that enables the selection of games within a desired range of win probabilities, based on the expectation to win values in an Elo rating system. The offset determines the proximity of the teams, with a smaller offset indicating closer matchups. For example, setting an offset of 10 would filter games where both teams have a win probability between 40% and 60%. This indicates a close matchup where the teams are considered to be nearly evenly matched in terms of strength.
