All users who are haven’t NEAR wallet. Also, users who have not connect their NEAR wallet. While you are not logged in by your NEAR wallet you still have access to list of DAOs and its contents, however you are not able to make any proposals, claim any bounties or vote.
Users who have NEAR walled can log in to Sputnik DAO service and use all its features. In order to login you have to perform following actioins:
- Click on the "Connect Wallet" button in header (menu). You will be redirected to the NEAR wallet to approve connecting to service.
- Approve a connecting in the NEAR wallet. Then you will be returned back to AstroDAO application. From now on your are logged in.
Users who connected their wallet are able to create new DAOs, create proposals and vote in any proposals.
Users who are members of the exact DAO have access to additional features related to this DAO, like voting, governing DAO policies, interacting with the treasury, etc..
