It would be great if the ideogram plot only plotted the main ortholoug chromosomes. Else you get images like:

I modifed the Rscript so that it only plots those chromosomes that contain markers.

We can also add an extra optional input to plot chromosomes. For example, a file with a list of chromosomes to be plotted.
