Description of Changes
Removed the dev prometheus template. Prometheus will continue to be deployed by the chart using
charts/bindplane/templates/prometheus.yaml. The deprecated Prometheus configuration was for internal dev use only, before Prometheus was fully implemented within BindPlane.For users this changes nothing. For internal observIQ users, the use of
dev.prometheusshould be removed.Please check that the PR fulfills these requirements
