Effects:

When equipped in the Charm slot or in your inventory, the player receives greater amount and power of enchantments when using an Enchanting Table. Enchanting has the chance to produce both treasure and curse enchants.

When equipped, enchanting does not require Lapiz Lazuli.

Trivia:

This is a cursed item, meaning that can only be used when the Ring of Seven Curses is equipped.

This item cannot burn in fire or lava.

Due to the ability to get curse enchants with this item, it works well in conjunction with the Scroll of a Thousand Curses
