Strategy Session

• Was more related to organizational structure than product vision and strategy
• Good conversation but hard to follow
• Have been talking about this stuff for a long time with the same voices
• Was nice to have some new inputs into the discussion
• This may be why DAOs cannot build software
• Would be more valuable in a workshop format with clear outputs that are shared out for us to react to
• We need to focus on product development
• Don't want to get left behind
• Would be nice to be able to delegate representatives
• Ultimately there are multiple roads we can go down
• RevGen needs prioritization

• Input on Feature Prioritization of Backlog
• Make Product Related Decisions

Need time in bi-weekly agenda to present the outputs of Pre-planning

Feedback on Planning

• New format by project made it much more consumable
• Was nice to include v2
• Pulse screenshots are best proxy for work done in previous week

Discovery Process

• Synchronous conversation is the best way to get these ideas out
• This is the Dragon magic
• We need to prioritize Discovery work
• Discovery should include researching and wireframes
• Flows, views, features
• Consider adding target segment to Discovery portion of the issue template

ToDo

• Add headings from issues in Discovery to the issue template
• Schedule recurring Discovery meeting

Blockers

• Ceramic does not play well with Jest
• Keating is talking to Ceramic

Issues

• Self-assigning Issue in Specification
• A lot of work ready
• Do not have to feel pressure to create more work
• Focus on clearing up bottlenecks
• Eventually consider WIP limits
• May need estimation to account for some of the Issues that have been expanding in scope
