Release update

• Two issues discovered yesterday:

  • GPG error in the application (no repro yet). Need more coordination w/ Kushal to attempt to get to the root cause.

  • Tails 3.16 -> securedrop update -> Tails 4 -> virtualenv broken. Fix would require admin to run securedrop-admin setup after moving to Tails 4. Need to discuss where in code we want to run venv cleanup code.

• reviewed one securedrop-client PR will hopefully get to more today
• got CI passing on the PR i was working on (CI issues yesterday were just due to circle CI sadness), now just to test all is well in qubes
• didn't actually get to qubes testing but reinstalled qubes for testing purposes (my workstation was borked by the updater, well to be fair me canceling the updater!), now waiting on make all
• dug a bit on the gpg error from 1.1.0-rc2
• while i was sitting around waiting for qubes install made a PR fixing the tests on buster for securedrop-client and adding a ci job testing aforementioned

• finishing rebuilding my workstation so i can get testing
• more securedrop-client review
• 1.1.0 testing as needed
