  When all submissions are deleted via the JUI, new deletion code tries to delete entire store. Caught by AppArmor but obviously needs to be cleaned up.

2. hopefully finishing removing hard coding of the device name in securedrop-export
3. then adding some architecture thoughts to the relevant issue in securedrop-export
