Adds a prototype for testing QUA programs generated by the driver without requiring connection to the instrument. It is based on comparing the AST of the generated program with a target program.

Planned for a later release, most likely 0.2.1, but would be helpful to add tests for various cases even before the release of 0.2.0, to identify potential bugs.
