- 4x Battalion 1XPE1 (Latch only - Keep the hook safe)
- 1/2" Rubber strip with adhesive.
- Attaching the sides to the top plate can be done in parallel with attaching the latches to the bottom plate.
- All nuts will be on the inside of the box.
- A washer, if used, will always be used only on the screw side.
- Use Loctite on ALL screws, otherwise the screws come loose during normal operation.
- Install 4x 1XPE1 Latch using M4 Screws, Washers and Hex Nuts. Latches should be installed symmetrically. Note that the screw and the washer should be on the outside of the plate (marked BOT OUT). Result on the right (Repeat all 4).
- TBD: Attach the rubber strip along both long edges of the top and bottom plate before attaching the sides.
- Attach the side plates using 1/4"-20 Screws. Note that the black metal washers only go on the side, since space is at a premium on the underside of the box. Result on the right (Repeat all 4).
