Status of the existing RFC list
- The current goal:
  - RFC-10
- update on current WIP
  - RFC-1 Tango Controls
  - RFC-10 Request-Reply, current PRs:
    - reconnection policy - ready for merge
    - synchronous request - ready for merge
    - serialisation - comments applied, ready for merge if Lorenzo accepts Piotr's comment on "MUST"
    - asynchronous request - ready for merge
    - WIP Device Locking - needs a new commit (based on new raw-rfc-10-... branch), so the history and file name is the right.
    - WIP Exception - first attempt, seems to have a part to be moved to reconnection policy
