EESSI test suite sync meetings

follow-up on progress towards v0.1

- TODO:
  - common logging (see Sam's PR #80 which fixes issue #64)
    - => Sam to update PR, all to test & check reframe.log
  - make eessi_utils.utils.find_modules more specific (issue #39) => Caspar
  - proper docs (issue #73) => Kenneth
    - to replace http://www.eessi.io/docs/software_testing
  - version bump + release notes
OSU-Microbenchmarks
- filtering for CPU vs GPU partition/modules
  - can still use filter_valid_systems_by_device_type hook when build_type==CUDA, no hook when build_type==CPU (+ valid_systems=*)
next steps
- start looking into dashboard (meet with SURF visualisation team in Sept'23)
  - start with matrix that shows which tests work on which systems (green dots, etc.)
  - later: click on red dot to get more details, performance data graphs, etc.
  - which tools are used? common web tools
  - how is data used for dashboard harvested & stored, ...
  - hosted on GitHub Pages?
- figure out how to collect performance data, and where to keep it (in Git w/ SQLite?)
- MultiXscale deliverable for test suite task
- play on Karolina (once they've switched to Slurm, planned for 20 Sept)
