• In the retrieved nodes, allocate the Roles/Services across the nodes. The names of Roles and services displayed against nodes will change according to technology. The user needs to select roles applicable for the technology for which a cluster is deployed.

• Ensure that inputs specific to the cluster technology are entered completely as per your configuration requirements.

• For increasing the chances of successful deployment of any cluster, Ankush team recommends to use “Inspect Nodes” feature as mentioned in Inspect Nodes section.

• Click “Deploy” button located at rightmost top of the main cluster creation screen.

• Rectify errors, if any. The description of the errors is shown on top of the page as well as the erroneous fields are highlighted in Red color.

• Next, the cluster creation page is automatically closed and user is redirected to main Cluster Overview page wherein user can view the cluster is Deploying state.

Validations

Every field on any page is validated through certain criteria for entering values into it. This enables to maintain a certain standard format of data as required. When that criteria is not met, error messages are displayed as shown below:

Furthermore, the error links are clickable. On clicking it, it shifts the focus of cursor to the exact error field in which inputs are required in order to successfully complete a transaction. It should be noted that in certain cases where the validation value is not an input field but shown as a table cell then the error description link would not transfer its focus to the erroneous field.
