• Promotion gia to CFP until Sunday: primary John and the rest will pitch in.

• Until sunday the CFP algorithm is finalised
• On Sun 5/04 NikosDiam will email the 10 selected speakers.
• Vote for Stuart/Gay/Noria until tomorrow night
• Sunday 12/04 will be final ticket day.
• Rizopoulos will hunt Klabnik for the flight tickets.
• Tsif: Skroutz Marian and friend are dealing with tshirts. We may get the tshirt for as low as 3eu per tshirt.
• Badminton can host the hackathon for 2K euros.
• NikosDim will write a sponsor email to offer them the opportunity to give away gifts for the goodies bag
• We have knowledge about the Foscomm wifi setup. Depending on the final number of delegates and what Vodafone's answer we may be able to downscale the wifi infrastructure.
• vatikiotis will talk to Lefteris on Monday 6/04 for the WiFi and Vodafone.
• Streaming: the Athens live streaming vdel is the most likely candidate, pagojo will talk to them and ask them the contract.
• Insurance: vvatikiotis to talk with our lawyer and N21, in 10 days will know the final sum. Projection 55K, top projection 60K
• Insurance: the current budget doesn't support the insurance cost, we'll have to tweak it in time.
• N21 will take care of the venue arrangement (banners etc). Apostolos will inform N21 about the sponsor booth details.
• Marian will ask for frape and cold espresso. We are ok for the coffee formula in the rought badget.
• @nikosd and N21 will talk about accommodation tomorrow. N21 will send us the links and the offers from the travel agents and hotels. These will be put on the site.
• Greek sponsors will meet with N21 to inspect Badminton for their booth. Will have to arrange it.
• Talk with the Badminton bar about extra provisions. Delegates are paying for these extras e.g. fruits, sandwiches.
• Do we want to use the Badminton small foyer on the ground floor?
