• @rizopoulos: sent email to Katrina. DM to Patterson. Follow-up email to Matz.

• @gfotos: implement blog, mailchimp, gather all the photos (maybe sent to @chief by some?), arrange a meeting with the girls

• @nikosd: demo of the submission platform

• @nolamesa: make a list with old euruko sponsors

• @pagojo: make a list with hellug companies as sponsors, do the follow-ups for the ones that did not respond, ask Katerina about the average organizer percentage, ask InfoQ about info content ownership/distribution/advertising (in frame/out of frame ads)

• @vvatikiotis: will send the BT contract to the lawyer. gather all the comments and send them to the girls.

• @apantsiop, @vvatikiotis, @gfotos: meet with the girls and negotiate the price

• @sponsors_team: create emails, steps, xls and a procedure

• @all: comments on the contracts (N21, BT)!!!
